Day 22………

Wow time is flying by!  It has been great having food prepped this week.  Dinner time has been easier and making lunches are a breeze.  I am definitely going to make this a habit for Sundays.  I was out running around most of the day yesterday and having my cooler filled with “clean eats” kept me on track!  No guilty feelings when I got home and everyone found something to satisfy them for dinner :)

…….evening workout tonight…ughhhhhhh…….but off day tomorrow :))
